Rochester real estate and housing data


The real estate market in the town of Greece remains hot, according to the latest weekly data reported by the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors.

There have been 1067 homes sold in Greece this year through the week ending Oct. 15. That’s a volume increase of 5% compared to the same time last year, when 1015 sales had been completed.

The median sales price in Greece during 2021 is $177,500, up 15% from the same point last year. It was $155,000 in 2020 and $142,000 in 2019.

Sales volumes remain high across Monroe County, with 6,783 homes sold so far this year, an increase of 8% compared to the same time last year. 

Median sales prices also continue to rise. Countywide, the median sales price in 2021 is $195,000, up 15% compared to the same time last year.
