Renovated Galleria office tower lands new tenants

Houston-based M-M Properties and CBRE announced new leases totaling 47,500 square feet at 5555 San Felipe in the Galleria area following the completion of a $15 million interior renovation. WaterBridge Holdings, a provider of water management services to oil and gas companies, signed a lease for nearly 35,000 square feet for relocation of its headquarters from west Houston. KM Realty, consulting firm RSK UK and accounting firm Blakely & Weeks-Thome also recently signed leases in the building, which was formerly called Marathon Oil Tower.

Following the departure of its lead tenant, the 41-story building has 540,000 square feet available on floors 21-41. Future enhancements include a full-service restaurant and bar, an activity lawn with events and valet parking.
