Giuliani's son calls raid on father's apartment 'absurd,' blames 'continued politicization' of DOJ

Andrew Giuliani, the son of Rudy Giuliani, held a media conference Wednesday expressing fury over federal agents executing a search warrant on his father’s Manhattan apartment earlier in the day.

What are the details?

“This is disgusting,” Andrew told reporters. “This is absolutely absurd, and it’s the continued politicization of the Justice Department.”

“If this can happen to the former president’s lawyer, this can happen to any American,” he continued. “Enough is enough.”

Then, Andrew made a reference to President Joe Biden‘s son, Hunter Biden, saying, “The only piece of evidence that they did not take up there today was the only piece of incriminating evidence that is in there, and it does not belong to my father — it belonged to the current president’s son.”

He added, “To all Americans out there, our Justice Department should be independent of politics. Enough is enough, ladies and gentlemen. We cannot stand for this anymore.”
