Customers claim they’ve been ‘scammed’ by pet website Kadonimo


Customers have branded a pet personalisation product website a ‘scam’ after waiting months for orders that never arrive, while it’s ‘impossible’ to get refunds.Β 

Cashing in on the demand for personalised pet products in the wake of soaring pet ownership during the pandemic, Kadonimo offers items such as mugs, keyrings, sockas and doormats with cats’ and dogs’ names and photos.Β 

The website promises that residents of the US, UK and Australia will receive orders within less than 10 business days.Β 

However, customers have reported waiting as long as six months, and have taken to social media and TrustPilot to air their frustration after being ‘ignored’ by customer services.

Rather than being a unique businessΒ Β Kadonimo is believed to be among the rising number of dropshipping sites – meaning it’s just the middle man placing orders with the manufacturer, which leaves customers at a loss if they’re not fulfilled.Β
