Here are the top five stories today in Alpharetta-Milton:

  1. Two men have stolen over $4,000 worth of Sam’s Club gift cards. On Jun. 9, the two unidentified men allegedly used a scam at the Sam’s Club on Davis Drive where they had the cashier and manager activate 8 $500 gift cards and when it came time for payment, came up short on cash. Once told, they allegedly gave back unactivated gift cards while they had slipped the activated gift cards into their pockets. Police were unable to confirm the member information given to them but Sam’s Club and the suspects are still at large. (Alpharetta-Roswell Herald)
  2. A nonprofit, Tech Alpharetta, recently announced that YARDZ graduated from its Innovation Center….
